The penultimate race event of 2024 & we light up the sky with a fantastic £10,000 professionally fired firework display. One of the best in town and not to be missed! There will also be fireworks on track from BriSCA F2 Stock Cars, Rookie Bangers (racing for the Under 25 Championship and the Gracie-Mae Trophy), 1300 Saloons and the non contact GT Hotrods. The fantastic firework display will be on around 5.15pm, & we finish off the afternoon with a brilliant Caravan Banger & Destruction Derby, have you ever followed a caravan being towed and thought I want to drive through it! Please Note we are using our new ticket trailer for this event, located between the turnstiles and the Pits Entrance. You will need to go there and pay or get your advance ticket scanned to gain enter at the turnstiles (collect your wristband), we will have signs out in the Car park directing you. Plus we also have a large undercover Grandstand on the back straight, if you prefer to watch from outside, the arena is raised terracing so plenty of unhindered viewing. We also have Bars (including our family Raceview Bar, air con or heated), shops, catering, toilets, disabled toilets and baby changing facilities (located in the disabled toilets). We also have large tyres are banked in on each bend which do create a seating area. You are welcome to bring your own chairs. The seaside end allows a great area for wheelchair viewing. We have some ongoing improvements at the raceway, Please bear with us as we continue to upgrade the Raceway Sorry there isn’t a cash machine at the raceway, you can pay cash or card but be aware we don’t have card machines in the bars and cash payment is quicker in the shops. Due to the Raceway location we struggle for a signal with mobile card machines. Large free carpark adjacent to the stadium There is restricted access to the pits, if you require a pits wristband you will need to go to the pit office, which closes at 1pm. Please note the Pit Office is cash only. Disabled parking is situated near the turnstiles (please don’t park in front of the turnstiles), would recommend early arrival to secure a space. Trackside parking no longer available (hasn’t been since 2017) and there is also no longer a bus service to the Raceway, we do have a free car park. Note. Large quantities of food and drink are not allowed to be brought in to the Stadium arena. You may enter the Stadium with a small amount of food and non- alcoholic beverage suitable for one person’s consumption ie. Sandwich, packet of crisps and bottle of soft drink. We will not allow cooler boxes, holdalls, shopping bags, backpacks etc. filled with refreshments. Nor will we allow trays, packs crates etc. of soft drinks. STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL or GLASS. Alcohol will be confiscated If you have specific dietary requirements for health reasons, please bring a confirmation letter with you from your GP. We race in all weather conditions. Well behaved dogs on leads are allowed to be brought into the venue. No tents, shelters, gazebos, marquee’s, pop up tents or similar are allowed inside the Stadium Arena. If you click on ‘Info’ on the website it gives full details on the Raceway including accessibility, formulas, stunts etc Gates Open: 11am Pitgate opens 10am Advance Tickets are available on www.skegway.info up to midnight on the 2nd Nov before each event then its all pay at the gate on the day. Prices Adult £18 Senior £16 Junior £9 (13yrs to 15yrs) 12 years and under as always go Free and can be added in advance Adults 16yrs and above, Senior’s 65yrs & over, Junior’s 13yrs to 15yrs Home Straight Covered Grandstand Seat £5 each (on top of admission price) for all, not bookable in advance. All require a seat including small children. If you just want to just watch the fireworks, and final races & caravan race, no problem!! Admission from 4pm will cover all of that, and its only £8 for each Adult, Senior & Junior. Kids 12 and under still go free. The after 4pm tickets are only available on the day (cash or card) it can’t be booked in advance. We have a large capacity we won’t sell out Card or cash can be used.
