Details Bookings Prices, Times & More Banger & Caravan Destruction Derby, Rookie Bangers (non Honda mv) Gold Top Championship, Brisca F2 Stock Cars, Rebels, Stoxkarts & Junior Stoxkarts Bank Holiday Special Day two of our fabulous family fun weekend. Topping the bill for the racing are the brilliant Rookie Bangers in their Gold Top Championship, it culminates today in the biggest race for this banger class, and points have been raced for all year to form the grid. And in a first for Skegness Raceway & possibly the racing world. Father and son are on the front row of the grid. Veteran Driver Billy Storr 323 is on the outside with son Jordan 221 on pole position. Lots of good Drivers behind them both including the current Gold Roof holder Lewis Stark on row 5 who will be looking to retain his title. Racing from Junior Stoxkarts 11yrs to 15yrs are on track at 12-30, with the winner from the Gold Top challenge from yesterday taking to the track proudly displaying the gold roof. Main event starts at 1pm. Racing also comes from Stoxkarts & Rebels, both of these are purpose built & both are contact formulas but with the emphasise on fun, all cars are built to the same regulations so it’s all down to driver capability who wins the chequered flag. Last race of the day and Skeggy Raceway infamous caravan race takes to the track, we have all been behind slow moving caravans on our Skegness roads, and this is how we move them out of the way! Get ready for spins, crashes, rollovers, piggy back rides as one caravan climbs over the trailer of its opponent, a great fun way to finish of a spectacular two days of racing, fun Skegness Raceway style. It starts at 1pm. Turnstiles open at 11-30am, we recommend you arrive early to avoid queues. Details of advance discount tickets are on the ticket page.
